Prince Ernst August of Hanover failed the appeal against his conviction after a beating attack in Kenya. The Fiest Criminal Division of the Higher Regional Court of Celle had the appeal against the ruling of the District Court of Hildesheim. On March 9th, 2010 it was unanimously rejected as it was found manifestly unfounded, said the Court of Appeals on Thursday. The ruling by the district court say there was no mistake in detriment of the Prince. So the verdict is final. Prince EA was sentenced to 200 000 € fine for assault.The husband of Princess Caroline The prince had beaten Kenya in 2000 in a disco owner, because he felt bothered by noise.
