No, I am not saying this because Charlene and Charlize sound so similar. Neither because they are both South African. Neither because they are blonde. Neither because they were/are internationally successful and famous out of their countries. Neither because they are tall and lean. Neither because they have about the same age. Neither because they are a pure product of the South African melting pot. 

I am only comparing them because every time I see Charlene I think: "What is Charlize Theron doing with Prince Albert?"

I am clearly in a Caroline de Monaco stretch here: just two days after attending the 44th Concours International de Bouquets, the Princess made an appearance at the Chanel Collection Croisiere Show 2011-12 at the Hotel du Cap in Cap d'Antibes, France. Several celebrities attended - Vanessa Paradis, Alexa Chung - but Blake Lively was the one to seem to get the Princesses' biggest attention. They chatted, had photos taken together and even exchanged numbers. A pure Royalty meets Hollywood moment.

Royalty vs Hollywood: The Queen's obvious younger twin would be...

Well, I do not think they look alike at all but what I do think is that Helen Mirren did a marvellous job being The Queen in the eponymous movie in 2006 - by the way, just looking at her made me want to watch the movie again - and I found it delightful to see pictures of them together, at a celebration for Young Talent that happened in Buckingham. The flashmob that occurred yesterday was also part of this event.

Julianna Margulies!

Okay, I know Julianna is 15 years older than Catherine but as I was watching the newest episode of The Good Wife last week - by the way, do you watch it? Best show of the moment - I saw some similarities in both women. Passed the brown luscious hair, they share the same smile, bone structure and raised and angular eye brows. Really, if Catherine looks just a bit like Julianna by 2025, I am wishing her nothing but the pure best, as I find Margulies absolutely stunning.

I was watching the documentary "The Kingdom behind the Scenes" on SBS (Australia) today when I saw in a few closer shots of Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark, with his greying hair, reminding me of one of my favorite actors: Aidan Quinn. You can either agree or not, it's a bit difficult to compare in photographs, but next time you see CP Fred in movement, think about it. Or you won't need to think about it, it will come naturally.
